Jeff Donna, born Jeffrey Javier, channels the soul of underground hip-hop through
successfully blending an eclectic mix of nostalgic lyricism and pop rhythm. His adolescent
life encompassed several genres of music that he has fused together to convey and
express himself artistically. At the age of 14, Donna picked up his first microphone and
started rhyming alongside neighborhood friends in a group called Cavalcade, originating
in Briarwood, Queens. Entering into college at St. Johns University, Jeff embarked upon a
new career in Hip-Hop dance where he built a resume of performances at several colleges,
venues and events up to and including “America’s Best Dance Crew.”

College came with several experiences where his lyrical skill developed extensively.
He’s been asked to perform at a number of downtown NY venues and musical festivals
such as CMJ, and a host of benefit events, including those for Breast Cancer Research and
Haiti Relief.

Donna has started his own independent music label KOG Sounds in 2010,
sponsored and directed by Kings Of Genre, LLC, a multifaceted lifestyle entertainment
company where he has full creative control over his musical and business decisions.
